TRUSTING PROCESS

The ability to trust the process of life is essential for living fully and authentically. In this workshop we will explore process experiential work within the themes of vulnerability, self-expression, and interpersonal connections. The group will serve as a container for self-discovery as we challenge and support each other to become more present, aware, and truthful. Do not miss this opportunity to dive deep into your psyche and resurface with the hidden treasures of your soul.
This workshop is perfect for you if you are new to Gestalt, and if you're not new to Gestalt, you can take this opportunity to go deeper into your issues. There will be some theory with lots of experiential work.
MORGAN GOODLANDER, G.P.W., M.A., is the Director of the Gestalt Institute of San Francisco and an international gestalt trainer leading programs in five countries. He is particularly known for his sense of humor and deep respect for each person’s process. Morgan is also the Founder of Lifematrex International, a Personal Development Company focused on providing revolutionary new frameworks for people to go to the next level in their lives.
RUTH BOERGER, G.P.W., is Assistant Director of the Gestalt Institute of San Francisco and a graduate of the Institute. She has a lifelong background in spirituality and is known for her warmth and skill in establishing a safe environment for growth. Ruth is also the Program Administrator for Lifematrex International.
